AssureAssure
Salesforce ecosystem

Connect enterprise agents to real customers.

Enterprise assistants can research, draft and prepare almost anything. The moment that needs a real person is the moment Assure is built for.

How can a Salesforce agent get a verified customer decision?

By routing the consequential step to the customer instead of assuming it. In the intended design, the agent asks Assure for an authorization; Assure authenticates the customer in a channel they trust, presents the exact action, captures approve or decline, and returns that result to Salesforce. This capability is on the roadmap — nothing here is live today.

Reference architecture

Where Assure sits.

The enterprise agent keeps its systems of record. Assure owns the customer-facing identity and approval moment, and hands the outcome back.

Where it fits

Moments that need a person.

None of these are built today. We list them because they are the moments service teams tell us are hardest to handle safely.

Messaging session authentication

Confirm who the customer is inside the messaging conversation, instead of asking them to read a code out loud.

Service case identity checks

Give an agent a repeatable way to establish identity before discussing account details.

Step-up before a sensitive change

Address changes, payee changes, plan changes and refunds get an explicit approval from the customer.

Human escalation from an agent

When an assistant hands the conversation to a person, the identity and approvals already obtained travel with it.

Transaction approval

Present the exact amount and terms to the customer and record their decision before anything is charged.

Consent capture

Ask for and record permission for a specific action, in the channel the customer already uses.

Integration surfaces

Standard connections, not a bespoke bridge.

Described conceptually. No Salesforce-specific package, connector or endpoint exists yet.

REST APIs

Request a verification or an authorization from your own service logic.

Webhooks

Receive the outcome — approved, declined, expired — as an event you can act on.

Custom connections

Call Assure from a flow or an Apex action using standard authenticated HTTP.

MCP

Expose authorization as a tool an enterprise assistant can call when it needs a human decision.
